Don't walk into the woods at night - even with a torch (not in South London anyway).
Better still, turn back and stay on the lit roads.
Luckily it was only my warm up walk, so it just meant I started my run a bit closer to home,
A different route - nothing spectacular to report.
Looking forward to Thursday morning in the cool (ie wet) for the big 25 minute run.
That extra day off may be the key - and slowly slowly...
