Slow but steady

Another run enjoyed after another 5 day break. However, given the pain and malaise of the past few days I was so glad to get out and enjoy the run. Slow and steady was the name of the game but lots of inclines tackled and those all good for building stamina and strength. Had to be very careful not to trip on a bunny hole in the hinterlad dunes and saw lots of fat bunnies.

Steroid shot coming on Friday and hope to get back to running every other day thereafter.

Slow and steady is your heading, slow and steady is also the running slogan mantra for C25K, you took that run slow and steady and enjoyed every minute of it, I hope all the 'undergraduates' of C25K will take note of what you have told us about your run today.
