Just completed the programme! Weather has been rubbish so it was a bit of a chore to get to the final stage but I did it..... feel amazed with myself. Message to everyone struggling.... keep going- you can do it. If I can anyone can. It took me longer than 9 weeks as I struggled with time (and motivation to be honest) but it was worth it - I feel better. Winter is going to be a struggle but I’m determined to fit in a run every now and again. Good Luck everyone 😀

Yay 🥳 very well done, it doesn’t matter how long it took or how fast you did it, you feel better and are determined to keep it going. 😁 As you know motivation might be a problem maybe you need to have a plan for the Winter months, which will help you. I’ve not tried them but quite a few people have found the Nike Run Club App for guided runs really helpful. Keep going, you can do this, body and mind will forever be grateful 😊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤗
