Some of you may remember that I had a very nasty fall a couple of months ago. Recovering was a process that I still don't think I have completed yet even after a few 5ks and Hill running. When I run now I am constantly looking for that trip hazard which is slowing me down.
Before my fall I had a personal best of 33 minutes at 73 years old and now I struggle to get under 36 minutes for 5K. Hmmm so what about expense and damage, well new tooth 400 pounds, new specs 250 pounds and new watch 120 pounds. Lost Mojo PRICELESS. That was a very expensive run but never give up, got soaked this morning Hill running, my wife said I would never learn.

Very brave for going out running again, a fall knocks your confidence, and you had more than your confidence knocked...I'd be delighted if I got my 5K down to 36 minutes, so I reckon you're doing pretty good xxx
Hi hamit! So glad to hear you’re out and about again after your very expensive fall! I’m not surprised you’re a bit wary at the moment but I’m sure the more running you do the more your confidence will return. And in my book a 36 minute 5k is pdq! Happy running!
