So yesterday I headed out early morning, that hour extra in bed was definitely needed.
Completed both 10 minute runs without struggling and not only did I run further than I have before but my speed also increased (slightly).
Looking forward to tomorrow’s 25 minute run!
Keep on running 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️

LittleMissie you're doing a brilliant job and definitely enjoying this new journey 👍 great to hear🙂 just hold back that speed, not wanting to derail your enthusiasm but slooooooooow it down a notch, get to graduation, consolidate that running then build up the speed and distance 👍 it works
Thanks Imc50, believe it or not the speed has only increased from snail to tortoise pace (a few seconds per mile). I’m still just going slow and steady. I’ll work on the speed once I have cracked the 5k milestone (several times over).
I totally understand how this becomes addictive and I thought I would never be that one who actually looks forward to the next run 🏃🏼♀️
It carves its way into you this running malarkey LittleMissie, today for example it's a non running-rest day and gawd fidgety wiggly toes but I've been there done the runs I shouldn't have 🤨 so now I just sit these days out eagerly waiting for tomorrow, thankfully it always comes 🥳.......
Don’t I know it! I tried this programme earlier this year and got to week 7 and basically just gave up, no motivation or interest. But must admit I feel more confident and have the drive and determination which I lacked back then to complete this. I will definitely continue beyond 🙂
Well done Miss👍 remember to promise yourself that Running treat as a celebration, it'll also pep you up to carry on, it's easy to feel that mojo slip after graduation. But look on it as conquering a mountain, and make the next peak bigger 💪👍⛰️
Oh my goodness, you are going further and further, well done.👍👍
