YAY have done it 😀🙃😀 couldn't run 200 yards 10 weeks ago. Now running over 2 miles. Would never have believed it. My "thing" was running in the same place and having the same playlist for all runs (except two treadmill rainy days). Allowed me no excuses. Now I am free. Today will explore lovely places to run. Up til now just doing circuits of the rec two minutes from back door. Will be interesting finding different surfaces to wet grass. God luck to everyone at the start of your journey. If I can do it anyone can 🎆🏅🥂😁
