I'm not getting 3 runs a week. Some weeks I'm only doing one or two. But today I started week 4. It hurt. A lot. But I kept going and managed to do the runs and not be beat by my own mind. Yay me!! Finally beating my personal demons. Hope I can keep it up

I feel the same sometimes but the most important thing is you haven't given up and you are improving with every run so dont be too tough on yourself as your still in there fighting
You can do it! When I think how much longer I can run now than when I started, it never fails to amaze me.
If you can get into a routine, just take two days rest between runs instead of the one. Even if you sometimes take three days off, your body will be adjusting to the extra load you are putting on it and you will gradually build up strength and stamina.
You don't have to work to 7-day weeks - you complete a week when you have done the 3 runs and then you go on to the next C25k week.

It's my work days that dictate when I run. Some days the rounds are too long. I drive a refuse truck, so long days sitting makes me too stiff to run. Short days, easy running. But I go when I can and just do the next on the list 🙂
Absolutely, you just fit it in as and when you can. You are doing it, that's the important thing
I couldn't do C25k until I retired as I worked in an office sitting in front of a computer all day, and I used to get so stiff. I still probably spend too much time on the laptop, but I am much fitter generally now than I was then
Life isn't very conducive to settled routines right now. Don't beat yourself up if you can't manage 3. Do what you can when you can. Getting out at all is a win. You can get through this and you can come out on top! 👍🏻😁
