The C25K app is where you start, you have a choice of 4 coaches, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days, good luck if you decide to start C25K.
Download the App, choose a coach and trust the plan, it works.

Well, firstly, well done for asking and making the move to do it! that's the biggest step!
download the app, and as almorr says, be slow, there's no rush, many people go full throttle, don't, take it easy.
the 1st week, is warm up walk for 5 mins then slow jog for 60 seconds, and the 90 second brisk walk, that's repeated 6 times..
it's really really important to do the dynamic warm up before any exersize and cool down stretches after.. you're legs will thank you for it... I made the mistake of not doing it!
there is a link for the dynamic warm ups, but not sure how you add them on here I'm sure that Lytham would add it for you.
don't worry if you struggle, you can redo runs if you can't complete them... slow and steady wins the race!

At the very beginning and just follow the plan. It really works. My top tip is be kind to yourself. When I started I couldn’t run for a minute. Dig deep and believe in yourself
