Another one down - sneaked out between the showers to finish W7r1.

Because of the wet ground, we ran round the block rather than walking to a local park and running on the grass there, which meant a less relaxed run because of other people - but we go to the finishing line alright.

Although, after what seemed like a lot more than 12 1/2 minutes I did start thinking it should be the bell by now, I hope I didn't pause the timer when I put the phone in my pocket!

Going well, but don’t be afraid of running in the rain - it’s refreshing stuff. So close to those 30 minute runs now 👍💪😊
