Well never thot I would do it.
Even at school in 60s I was the tall lanky uncoordinated ejit who PE teacher hated. Haven’t even run for a bus in years. Pace is slow in 30 min I did 4,4K so with another 5 min which I know I can do I should manage 5k.
Did I see someone mention downloading a certificate?

I repeated several weeks so don’t feel downhearted if u have to do this. I kept telling myself at least I was running and it was better than sitting watching TV.
