Just about to go on my 2nd run and I am still aching a bit from the first one! How long till the pain stops?

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, perhaps you ran a little too fast on your first run, that run to many is the hardest run of the whole program, drink plenty of water before you do your second run , run it a little slower than you did today, hopefully the pain and aches should ease soon.
