Well after 2 weeks of no running due to being away and then fatigue from health issues I did W3 run today, had gotten to week 4 before but couldn't see me doing 5mins of running! Anyway managed to do it although humidity here nearly killed me😁cannot stand it. At this rate I might get half way through this programme by Xmas! I started C25K nearly 2 months ago so progress is very slow but felt better physically and mentally going out today so even if I am stuck on W3 for a couple of runs so be it, anyone else out there like me keep going and good luck.

Well done for getting back out there👍 - this can be hard sometimes if you have missed a few runs. Hopefully as the weather cools🤞 you will find your runs a bit more comfortable (humidity really doesn't help either! )
Of course, it is absolutely fine to repeat runs and even weeks if that helps. Keep your pace as slow as you like - the aim is to keep moving for the duration of the run interval, not about how fast you go!
Good luck!🙂

Good to hear you've been out again, well done. One of the things that always sticks with me from the podcasts is that some runs go better than others, but even a bad run is better than no run. No matter how it went, you did it!
