I forgot to post this on Friday but I've finished week 2.
I felt like I could go for longer after that run which is a good sign heading into week 3.

Well done that’s great 😁 I know what you mean about doing a little bit more , I felt like that in my early runs, it’s very tempting but stick with the plan as you don’t any injuries . I learnt this the hard way a few years ago and could run for about 6 weeks 😐
