Consolidation runs

Hi could some please explain what the consolidation runs are? I’ve finished C25K and would like to keep up my activity??

There's a section to read- consolidation club and it explains it better. But it's basically a few weeks/ months of running at 30 mins/5k whatever you finished at to embed your routine, let tor body get used to running, enjoy running without the pressures of improving. I think it also helps to prevent injury before you move on to next level, be it distance, speed- if you wish to.

I thought I'd get bored but I haven't yet. Although I am spending my time looking up what I want to do next with my running.
