Week 2 started

Amazingly I loved this run. I left it until later in the day and changed my starting point so that my first run was on the flat - and the difference was amazing! Looking forward to Wednesday already!!!!

I didn’t like the last week 1 run but the heat at that point was shocking. It’s much cooler here today and it was so much better. Bring on Wednesday. We’ve got this!!!!

Good luck with run 2. I was amazed that I enjoyed the stretch in the time of the run this evening. I just hope it continues lol.
