Yey on week 9 found today's run a doddle I'm finely running and feeling great about my new life changes to a fitter me still a long way to go but so so please a lovely lady introduced me to c25k and Michael for getting me there just two more runs to do 😍

Well done! This is great..,

I have my last 2 runs this week also. It’s not the best week with the weather, but we will do it and hopefully enjoy it.
