Thanks guys for your comments after my last post, I made the fatal mistake of trying to run at night after doing all my previous running early in the morning. It was like I had a different body and it really knocked my confidence back to the early stages of c25k when I thought I couldn’t do it (even though I graduated a couple of weeks ago). I went out super early and although my route was shorter (about 3.5k) to build my confidence, it was fine. I was considering giving up but so happy now I’m back on track. Looking forward to 3 x a week, getting faster and doing longer runs. One last thing, how much easier does it get as the weight comes off?
