Just completed first run. I used to run years ago and had forgotten how much i loved it. The c25k app has improved so much. I completed it about five years ago. Wish me luck 😀

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, good luck for your running journey with C25K, take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.

Thanks for the tips especially about water. I am trying to up my intake as i know i dont drink enough
