Still loving this program. I look forward to the run days and it really does set me up for the rest of the day! 👍🏻

Having said that...today’s run has ended with a big headache. Think I must be dehydrated so have just drunk lots of water and will keep doing so.

Bring on week 3! Have a great day everyone....🙂

Yeah, you've got to keep an eye on the hydration. A good indicator is the colour of your pee.

If it looks dark like cola, you're severely dehydrated and definitely not drinking enough.

You're aiming for a pale straw colour. On the other hand, if you drink too much late in the evening you're going to be waking up in the middle of the night with a full bladder.

I too made the mistake of not drinking enough when I did the first attempts back in March/April.
