I’m on week 4 run 2 and my knees have give up 😩 what can I do? What tips can anyone give me thanks

What's happened to your knees? Are they painful when you walk? Can you still climb stairs? Have they decided to retire to the Bahamas?

Yes I can still get about climb stairs etc but when I tried to run this morning it was to painful. It’s a dull ache 🙁

If you can bear it, these exercises may help:

But rest them a bit first.

Perfect thank you I will give them a go , might have to come to terms with the fact I’m not a runner 🏃‍♀️
