I keep forgetting to stretch after my runs. Week 2 1st run and my shins felt like they had pins and needles. This wears off during the run but I suspect its because I haven't been stretching. I don't want to have to give up so I'll try to remember. So far it's not been as bad as I thought. I hate running but I have to develop new habits and shed some weight and I hope at the end of this I'll be able to embrace running and get that euphoric feeling people keep telling me about 😊. I'm feeling positive
