Dodged out for 8.3 in a gap in the rain.
Gosh it’s hard work breathing in a head wind, anyone any tips?
To say it was windy and a lot of it a headwind, I was quite happy with 4K in the 28 minutes.
Only 3 left to go 😢 or should that be 😀

I find that when I run into the wind I have to resist the urge to run faster. It was nice last night though when it was behind me, I wish every run was like that 😂
I’d prefer to run in rain than head wind. Rain is invigorating. I’d need to carry and oxygen tank with a head wind. Admire all those that run in hilly areas. My run is very flat. Well done for persisting! 🏅
