Hello, I am getting more niggles as I get further into the plan. Ankle pain today. Is there any kind of guide to stretching I can look at? Thank you! Oh also, I did run 2 of week 4 today in baking heat (although quite a bit in shade). When I finished my forehead was completely dry, no sweating at all, does that mean I was dehydrated? Thanks 😊

There is a video of after run stretches, on the C25K app click on Discover (next to My Runs), scroll to the bottom to 'you might also like to know about...' . You may need to swipe across to find 'The Importance of Stretching' - select and follow. I go straight there after my run.

I don't know about sweating question, I don't sweat a lot either, but maybe I don't go fast enough!
