Just wanted to say am actually loving how many people are graduating at the moment!! 👏🏻👏🏻 It just shows how many people took this up whilst we went into lockdown. Amazing. And very inspiring. Keep on running 🏃‍♀️💪🏻

Indeed Issywhizz, there have been a record amount of runners taking up C25K and graduating, far more than normal, I am sure the lockdown has a lot to do with that, it could be that many other sports like swimming and football are not on and people want to start running with C25K.

I just think it’s really great how when we slow our lives down a little, we have time to look inwards and actually find something so positive to take with us when we come out the other side of all of this uncertainty and craziness 😌
