I'm sitting here feeding my 18 week old before I go out my run and my stomach is in knots I'm so nervous.
My baby has never slept well and the lack of sleep is catching up with me this week I think. I really felt the tiredness having an impact on the last run but happy I completed it. I guess the worst that could happen is I don't finish and I need to repeat. Don't know why I feel like I'm about to sit an exam though!
Wish me luck!

Good luck! Lack of sleep can definitely affect your running performance. There's no shame in taking an extra day off to recharge your batteries if you can.
But, you've already done the first hard run. 20 minutes. If you can do that you can absolutely do 25 minutes. Just slow it down a little and you'll be fine.
On baby 👶🏻 and getting so far in the plan with said baby 👶🏻. You are amazing!!! I wouldn’t have been able to get anything like this done when mine was that age!
You hero 🦸♀️ superstar!! I cannot congratulate you enough on all the effort that takes.
You can do it, go really slowly even if you do it all on the spot it will be the most amazing thing.
You have this just like all the others before it. Try not to think about it when you are running. Listen to your fave music and think about why you are doing it.
Omg the fact that you've got so far with an 18wk old is amazing in itself! Go out and give it a try, if you dont complete it it's not a big deal you can always do it again, I had a really wobbly week last week wk4, I had to restart my 3rd run 3 times in a row, we are always harder on ourselves and pile the pressure on, my lg is 16months and I've only just thought about a proper exercise routine in saying that I've never really enjoyed exercise apart from long walks, feel proud of how far you've come and keep going! Well done you!!
You’ve probably been out by now. If not, good luck. If you have, well done for getting out there.
Your baby is so young. I’m super impressed 1) that you are even doing this and 2) that you are so far through it. That’s amazing.
Keep going and Try to have a naps during the day when baby is asleep. Never feel bad about doing that. Some mums feel they should be doing things all the time. You need to rest. X
Aw thank u so much guys! I'm so chuffed I managed it. Nearly gave up a couple of times but just kept listening to my music and thinking when this song ends I only have 5 more songs to go and counted them down. I feel really good now and looking forward to doing a bit further next time if I can.
I'm truly amazed I have got so far so quickly and everyone on here has been so encouraging! I actually downloaded the app 1 year ago the day before I found out I was pregnant so being off on mat leave and my husband being on furlough has given me the opportunity to actually do it.
I feel I have so much more energy after a run so the tiredness won't kick in till later now lol
Your words of encouragement are so appreciated xxx
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
