Week 7 Run 2 and I can honestly say I haven't enjoyed a single run. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment, but not the running. I've stuck with it, and I'll keep it up, but when do I start enjoying it?

I would suggest you complete the 5K and then decide whether you want to continue, or find something you love to do. Either way, you have that sense of achievement 🌈xx

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.
When you can run for 30 minutes in a couple of weeks time, the early weeks would seem very easy.

I didn’t find it fun until after graduation and then suddenly it became really fun sometimes, still hard work but suddenly we could run and enjoy the actual running rather than slogging along the feeling great after
