Back in the saddle today with a nice easy 5k after junior parkrun and then got a nice achievement for 6 months of running in a row (though I did start at the very end of June)

She was up in Cumbria but she did run 5k this morning. Don’t think there’s a juniors in about 30 miles of where she was.

I sometimes feel that way as well Jog unlikely, I now have ran 4/5Ks but since my second run of a PB of just over 32 minutes, both the third and fourth have been anything like easy and about 45 seconds slower each run, around 36 and 37 minutes respectively . 😊 🏃 🚶😂

Yeah... that’s Nike... next is 9 then 12 then I guess it repeats... got one for running on Halloween too, just a year until I can do that again 😂

The strange thing is, you will! Complete the plan and then keep running 3x30 minutes until it’s comfortable... that really builds strength and you’ll be able then to find a slower gear and have an easy, beautiful, just love being out there, slow run.
