Hi only on week 2 session 3 and have had a bit of a setback!!!! Pain in my knee when putting pressure on my leg, it not excruciating so think I could carry on. So badly want to try to push through the pain and was doing really well with not only the C25K but also my diet. Has anyone experienced similar problems And just pushed through it? Worried if I push through it will set me back weeks

Never run in pain........it is your body telling you that something needs addressing.

A year ago I got to week 2 and was having knee pain which got worse each run and had to stop. Recently I have tried again but with a knee support and am now on week 4 and my knee is holding up. I wouldn’t push it if it seems to get worse bit difficult to know.
