After posting earlier in the week and having some great replies of encouragement and advice ugh would give you an update 😂
After a couple days rest since last attempt at Wk7 run1 I pulled on my trainers and tried again. Managed much better but still had to walk even be only about a minute a couple of times.
Should I go back to Wk6 or just keep plodding on with WK7 until I have cracked it?? 😀

Well done 👍 for going there. You still haven’t cracked the mental part of your run yet. You may get some inspiration from “The Running Channel” a video on YouTube about “Confidence” dated the 20/05/2020. They talk to other athletes about getting over nervous etc.
