I'm a late joiner as only just explored enough to realise this website was a thing! Just completed week 7 run 2 and was worried about my run rate as was doing around 6.5-7 mins per km and dying afterwards so seemed pretty impossible to manage the 5k in 30 mins! However, since joining this group I now feel loads better as I know the aim isn't 5k in 30 mins but just to actually finish the 30 mins and then increase speed with time. So feeling a lot more positive about my next run!
What ive enjoyed most about starting the C25K is how improved my asthma seems. In the first few weeks I was constantly gasping for breath both during and after my runs but now I'm finding my breathing much improved during and after runs! Only struggle I'm finding is the high pollen count which can exacerbate my asthma. Any other allergy sufferers finding it difficult atm and any tips from other runners to improve this? Taking cetirizine antihistamines and starting running more in the evening in hopes hit cooler weather

Can I ask do you take an antihistamine every day. The reason I ask , my daughter was told to take one every day from March through to October and it seemed to help. Good luck 👍
I understand. A carpenter's job is very demanding and requires effort, so there is simply no time or energy left for sports or health care. A friend of mine who works at joinerysolutionssw.co.uk/ tells me that he has to face many difficulties in doing his job. Even so, he enjoys creating new products and pleasing his customers. To me, a joiner is an artist who creates art on wood. I completely agree that such people should be respected and appreciated for what they create with their hands. Thanks to them, we can see beauty.
