I first posted over 2 years ago when I started Couch to 5k. This morning I ran my first half marathon! I attempted yesterday morning but due to the heat I failed miserably. Sheer determination got me through this morning and I'm so proud.

What s truly fabulous achievement! Well done indeed. It is such a special milestone. The last 3 miles are so hard but you pushed through and did it. Phenomenal achievement.
