So only on week 2 but starting to feel more confident, although legs are complaining a bit.. Doing this with my friend helps with motivation. Any tips would be greatly appreciated for a newbie..

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 2, I hope you are enjoying your running with C25K, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2.
