I’ve just completed W3R3 and my stamina and endurance has increased greatly but during every run I’m experiencing sore calves, I put this down to the physical exercise but it makes it harder to push through the run, is this normal?

You need to work on the stamina and strength side of your running body, alongside the runs themselves... make sure you stretch well after the runs and that you warm up properly. Links in the FAQ for new runners
Also, maybe try some of these exercises too?

The guide to the plan includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Do your calf stretches after you run but also 1-2 times through the day.
Look into exercises that will strengthen your legs also.
