You should be able to click on the future runs in the app and it shows the schedule. At least it does on mine. Probably best to not look too far ahead though and trust in the process.

They DO increase obviously but you WILL be ready for them if you follow the programme. See the link in IannodaTruffe’s post in your replies. Oh and drink plenty of water
