I had completed my last run of week 3 however then I was poorly so haven't run for a week am I best doing week 3 again or just move into week 4 thanks in advance

If you are off running for more than two weeks you can repeat any runs, but as you were off for just a week go on to week 4.

As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose next to no condition in th efirst two weeks of non running.......pick up where you left off, if you are fully recovered.
