Lots of water yesterday and today’s final run of week 7 was much better! I’m still really slow - about 10 mins per k - but I know that’s not important right now. Onto week 8! I hope this beautiful weather keeps up!

Well done on how far you have come! Brilliant. :-) Glad that drinking more water the day before has had an effect. I always know from the quality of my run when I have not drunk enough water the day before! And going slow is GOOD! Builds stamina and ensures you can finish every run safely. Plenty of time after graduation, once you have consolidated, to work on speed. Running is something that evolves and changes the longer you have been running – that's what makes it fun! Keep up the good work!
