I am currently on week 3 but find myself struggling with pains in my lower legs whilst running (in shins with each step)
Feel ok afterwards though, is this down to how I run or am I not warming up fully before I start?
Thanks

That’ll be shin splits, then. Very common in new runners. You may be overstriding... this is where your foot is landing on a straight leg ahead of your hips, and causing jarring. At the end of the run your gait returns to normal and the pain goes away.
Easy fix: slow down. Slow down by taking a shorter stride. Google Japanese Slow Running to see the style. Try landing each foot more quietly.
Thanks for the advice 😎
