Just got back from my run this morning on a beautiful sunny day. Chilly to start with but the wind has dropped as last and it was really clear and calm. Feel much better after that. I’ve been awake since 5.00am panicking in case my son’s flight home was cancelled but I had a text just before I left to run, saying they’d landed and were in the car on way home....... now to prepare myself to fumigate him 🙁and all his stuff.
Do you know the nhs site only “ advises “ them to isolate IF they have any symptoms ?? Yet if you travel TO Thailand you are told to isolate for 14 days regardless. We are still too lax here I think!!!!
I even rang my local 111 to check and they just said check the website - it tells you everything there. 😡.
Happy Mother’s Day to all mums and keep safe xxx💕

Great you had a good start to the day! You do what you think best to keep you and yours safe. It's amazing how a good run helps sort your head!! Keep it up🏃
I’ve since had advice from an nhs friend who says as he has no symptoms it is SUGGESTED he isolate for 5-7 days and obviously carry on with all the hygiene and distancing. 🤞so I can only do my best
