I was surprised, as I didn't feel like getting up to go out for a run. But I did and despite my lower back aching on waking up, it felt like I was in auto-pilot, and was over half way through the run before I realised it. I think my body is getting used to running 3 times a week now. I've been using the 'stepping stones' track to do the runs which has really helped.

Well done! What do you like about Stepping Stones in particular?
It's the pace and length of time of the run 30mins i like. Now I've gotten used to the beat and increasing the speed in the last 5 mins, I'm finding it really useful.
I might try the stamina run next on Wednesday?
Trouble is I have 2 level crossings on my route and one doesn't have a footbridge! Which is why it's good to know timings to miss the trains.
