Went out at my usual 5:30 and gosh was it cold. Warm up walk and first 90 seconds and 3 mins of running were fine.
Got to the second 90 second run it all started feeling hard, my body was screaming stop it’s cold, like 0 degrees cold and my legs felt like lead.. I actually felt like my body was having a tantrum.
The second 3 minute run felt easier again.
Any how week 3 smashed and I am looking forward to running more and walking less.
