That’s such a great one to complete. I’ve done the next two. Well done!

Can’t believe I did it and enjoyed it!

Be ready for the return to intervals at the beginning of Week 6 - it catches some people out. Just keep on believing that you can do this, go steady and you will be fine! Good luck!🙂

Thanks for the tips! Always good to hear from people who have already been through the experience. I’ve been focusing on keeping it steady so I’ll continue.

You deserve to be buzzing, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done!!! That is an achievement. I've got that "pleasure" to look forward to on Tuesday, can't say I'm looking forward to it though, my pace is still to fast, I'll be exhausted half way through.

But really well done.

Try and slow your pace and listen to the advice of your personal trainer. Michael Johnson is my new best mate!! You have been preparing for this you absolutely can do it!! Looking forward to hearing your success!

Congratulations on getting through this one. Just shows that the programme, along with your determination , really does work.

What you have achieved so far prepares you really well for what’s ahead. Be confident and enjoy it.

Yay, well done.

I think that stands out as my favourite run of the entire program.

I felt absolutely ecstatic after wk9 run 3, but this one, was the run I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish.

You're well on your way now. Keep it up

It’s just that sense of achievement and sense belief!!

And sense of freedom. By that stage I was very happy to just do a solid run without the walking intervals!

Well done and congratulations I was on a ‘high’ all day. I agree with what some people have said about week 6 run 1 😬 maybe the two glasses of red wine the night before didn’t help! Good luck.

You must be feeling marvellous! I am on week five starting Tuesday but, given the struggle of week four, it will require a serious amount of bloody mindedness ;-)
