So I've made it to week 3 (yay) but was struck down by a cold so haven't been running for a week. Feeling very unmotivated...does anyone have any advice about getting back on track after missing a week...I really don't want to give up this time!

Keep going with what you’ve been doing. You shouldn’t have lost any of your fitness in a week so you should be fine to carry on from where you left off. Keep up the good work 💪🏼
