I did it, yeahhh! But i’m definitely reversing the direction of my running circuit next time, the only uphill part appeared when it was time for the first 3 minute run. I wasn’t impressed but somehow managed to keep going thanks to Micheal’s advice on hedges and keeping your body from bobbing above one, it was just the distraction I needed.
Thank you to all the early morning runners who posted their stories earlier on, it really helped motivate me tackle my own run. 😊
