Hi Liz, what's preventing you restarting, what do you want to accomplish?
I did get quite a lot of pulled hamstring issues and piriformis problems when I did C25K previously. I am active but haven’t run for about a year now and have put weight on. I worry about these issues recurring that holds me back but I’ll give it a go! I would like to try again and lose weight. Thanks Grannytobe
Take your runs really slowly so that each runs is finished and you still have something to give. Think about the food you eat, the first few weeks you are doing only a small amount of exercise so dont overcompensate your eating, reach for a piece of fruit or drink of water. You can do this. Take care
