W3R3 tackled today and completed! Found it more challenging than run 2 but there was a cold wind, and I ran on my own without the moral support of kids or hubby. All in all, I was happy that I persevered.
Feeling a bit nervous about the increase to 5-min runs next week but gotta keep at it 🏃♀️

Great job... especially outside your comfort zone a little. Don’t worry about those five minutes, this week you doubled the run intervals, it’s a smaller step up into week 4. Take it slow and steady and you’ll be fine.
I did W4R1 this morning and I hadn’t looked at how much it was so was a bit shocked but went with it and was amazed that I did it - it was so good to say I’ve run for 16 minutes today - really motivated me so don’t worry take it gently You can do it 👍🏼😊
