Well, week 2 done!!! I ache a bit and the poor old knees are hurting, will take a two day break then start week 3.....enjoying it, long term it's going to be great

Brilliant! Well done! I remember being very achy when I first started running - but it does get better. Taking 2 days rest is never a bad idea. There are strength and stretching you can do to help with knees - check out the Strength and Flex forum for ideas.
