I set the alarm for 6am, got straight out the door and after a few stretches started my warm up walk about 6.20, then came the rain!! I could have turned back but pulled my hoodie up and cracked on, it wasn’t actually that bad and after about 10-15 minutes stopped anyway. The muscles in my front thighs hadn’t quite recovered from Wednesdays run so double ache today 🥴 looking forward to week 2!
