Thursdays run

After the gym yesterday my chest and shoulders are aching, so I'd never know if I was having a heart-attack until it's too late :D

Set off for another 30 minutes at 0.5 kph faster than my slow pace, did the 5 minute warm up and then off I went, it was nice and cool in the conservatory, real nice running temperature.

I did get a little bit of ankle ache about 17-18 minutes in but realised if I leaned forward a touch it went, so I did that for the rest of the run.

Added in 2 30, 20, 10's at the end of the warm down walk, no issues from the ankle since and definitely nothing in the 30, 20, 10's.

It's gym day again tomorrow, arms and shoulders again, leg day will have to wait until next Saturday as I need to change back to Monday, Wednesday and Friday running, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday gym.

Happy running everyone.

Brilliant, your ankle really seems to be holding up LeeU. 😊

It does seem so, this Saturday I think will be a long slow run, may push a 6kph one out to an hour.

Next week, I may do a 20 minute 7kph and see how it goes, need to get back to around 8kph but don't want to just straight up to that.
