Well after year of pain and a operation I back start c25k this Morning and sailed though it but at the moment only allowed to use treadmill have to wait another mth before I can run out doors never thought I be doing this again

This is my second time now last time it was all out doors but on doctor orders have to wait a mth before I can run out doors I had a Brostrom Repair and ankle bone removed
