W2R1 completed! A bit tricky as have had 2 days rest but I did it and it felt good! My breathing is improving as I run and my heart rate isn't going as high! Onwards and upwards.

Well done on what you've achieved so far. You are always allowed additional rest days, so don't feel guilty about them, just listen to what your body is telling you. Better to be rested and have the strength to do the next run than to push yourself and risk an injury that sets you back.

You're doing great so far, long may it continue...
